The building was designed and executed in accordance with contemporary modular construction standards, ensuring high functionality, structural durability, and energy efficiency.

The project was delivered as a turnkey solution (key in hand), covering all phases of development, including architectural planning, module production, transportation, on-site assembly, electrical and sanitary installations, as well as complete interior and exterior finishing.
