The ABX Project in Dresden is a large-scale modular construction consisting of 33 prefabricated container units, creating a total usable area of approximately 600 m².

All modules were fully prefabricated in Kosovo, including structural works, insulation, technical installations, and interior preparations. Within a record timeframe, the complete modular units were transported from Kosovo to Dresden, Germany, where they were efficiently assembled and installed on-site.

The facility is designed to serve as laboratory space, meeting high technical and functional requirements while maintaining flexibility, precision, and durability. The modular system allowed for fast execution, controlled quality, and minimal disruption on site.

This project was fully realized by Amiri Group, in close collaboration with our central office in Germany, demonstrating our ability to deliver complex international modular solutions—from planning and production to logistics and final assembly.
